6-Week Mindfulness and Meditation Course
Ideal for beginners, this course is specially designed to give you the tools, experience and confidence needed to establish your own meditation practice. The emphasis is on experiencing the health benefits of mindfulness and meditation. The classes are practical and accessible, and include guided meditation, discussion and time for questions. It is also a valuable refresher for those with some experience of meditation and mindfulness.
Cost: £95 for the whole course, which includes a free ebook and guided meditation CD/MP3. Pre-booking required as space is limited.
